Join us for this heart led community cacao ceremony - held for connection & release.
We'll share cacao together, grounding in to the present moment and connection with ourselves. You will then be invited to receive a short Reiki experience to help you gently receive any messages that are coming through for you.
The remainder of the session is focused on sharing, journalling and self love. There's no pressure, just a space to be held in community.
This gathering is about being held, not doing more. Whether you have just come to reflect, rest & reset, or simply just be in warm company, you are welcome here.
